We would like to introduce to
you our latest weapon in our home inspection arsenal; The FLIR Thermal Imaging
Camera. The purpose of it is to detect the differences in hot and cold. We feel that it was money well spent
on performing the very best inspection possible for you. If you are just shopping for
a home inspector for now and my competition does not have this type of service. Look again. Let me
also add that we do not charge extra for the use of our state of the art equipment
on your inspection! Its like this; other inspectors that have these cameras
typically charge extra for this service to increase their backend. They don't
charge extra for the use of a flashlight or moisture meter. What gives? Well,
it's the initial cost they are trying to pay for. The camera's are very
expensive. While yes they are very expensive we feel that it is only used in
your best interest, and thats what you are paying for on a full blown home
inspection. We will use it to detect the difference between hot and cold
(moisture) in floors and walls of bathrooms, laundry, pool and spa, kitchens,
roofing and attic areas, plumbing, foundation and under floor framing, chimney
and fireplaces, and exterior surfaces, and detect overloaded circuits in
electrical panels, receptacles, switches, appliances, and fixtures.
Here are a few photos we have taken ourselves.
